1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Convenience-AE website located at convenience-ae.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Convenience-AE Ltd ("Company"), a corporation registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending you an email if we have your contact information. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Nature of the Platform
Convenience-AE is a social casino entertainment platform. All games available on the Platform use virtual tokens ("Wilderness Tokens") that have absolutely no real-world monetary value. You cannot use Wilderness Tokens to purchase goods or services, and they cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold or transferred for real money or real-world prizes of any kind.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes real money gambling, real money wagering, or any form of financial transaction. No purchase is necessary to obtain Wilderness Tokens or to play any game on the Platform. Wilderness Tokens are awarded free of charge through the daily Harvest system and social interactions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover or believe that you are under 18 years old, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice. We take age verification seriously and may request documentation to confirm your age at any time.
- You must be a resident of Canada or another jurisdiction where the use of social casino platforms is lawful
- You must not be prohibited from receiving gaming entertainment under the laws of your jurisdiction
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You must not have previously been suspended or banned from the Platform
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each person may only hold one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts to circumvent the Harvest system, exploit bonuses or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
5. Wilderness Tokens and Virtual Currency
Wilderness Tokens are the sole virtual currency of the Platform. These tokens are granted by the Company through the daily Harvest system, social interactions, promotional events and other means determined by the Company at its sole discretion. Wilderness Tokens do not constitute property. You have no ownership interest, right or title in or to any Wilderness Tokens. The Company reserves the right to modify, eliminate or substitute the virtual currency system at any time.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to exploit the Platform or Harvest system
- Attempting to access the accounts of other users
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any portion of the Platform
- Distributing, transmitting or posting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, bullies or intimidates other users
- Creating or using multiple accounts on the Platform
- Attempting to circumvent any age verification or geographic restriction measures
- Exploiting bugs or errors in the Platform without reporting them to support@convenience-ae.com
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design system, is the property of Convenience-AE Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convenience-AE Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Because this Platform involves no real money, our aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed one Canadian dollar ($1.00 CAD).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, sitting in the City of Vancouver.
